Great plumbers. I'd been using various Santa Monica plumbers for a while and then discovered Enviro which I've now been using for a few years now. They're fast, friendly, honest, know what they're doing and, unlike other plumbers, even manage to save me money by explaining what I don't need to do. Try them out.
I called Enviro Plumbing at 11:30 AM, desperately hoping for a same-day service call on our hot water heater. The pilot light had gone out and refused to relight. The parts had been sent under warranty and we'd been without hot water for three days. Andrea answered and very sweetly said someone could come out the next day. I thanked her and hung up, ready to call other numbers. Within seconds, Andrea called me back and said she could have Daniel there by 1 PM. Wow! Now, as it turned out, Daniel did not show up until almost 6 PM, but both Andrea and Daniel texted me all afternoon with updates, with the promise that he would definitely be there. When he and Pepe arrived, they set up lights and started assembling the parts. Each time there was a snag or problem, Daniel came to me, explaining exactly what needed to be done. By 7:30 we had hot water! Now, a lot of servicemen would have either called and said it was too late or simply not shown up at all. Daniel apologized for being late and promised to complete the job before leaving, which he did. The cost was literally HALF of what two other companies had quoted me. Andrea and Daniel texted me throughout the afternoon, keeping me updated of his status. When I was ready to pay Daniel, he told me that the invoice was already in my email, just to pay it on-line! Here is a company that has jumped into the future, successfully using text, email and on-line invoicing to maximize their customer service. So. Technology, friendly customer service both by phone and in person, keeping the client in-the-loop with any issues before and during the service call, working well past normal working hours with no added fees, more that competitive price ... you tell ME what more you could ask for!
