Purchased a Cummins generator in June 2018, John the rep. was very good, easy to work with. We received our generator in Oct.(that was the plan). It was installed quickly and without fuss. I would buy another from them if we needed it.

This year, I decided to have a whole house backup generator installed. I knew Generac have home standby generators due to their advertisements. I researched the web site for Midwest Electric and Generator in Rogers. Made an appointment. John Anderson came out and we discussed the different types of generators they offered from various manufacturers like GE, Kohler, and Generac. I decided on Generac model 7031. The installation was done in about 4 hours, and it went smoothly. The technician explained how the generator worked and how to test it manually. Also, he explained how to change the oil, oil filter, and battery. I would highly recommend Midwest to anyone looking for a home backup generator installation.
